Work-Study Contract

The apprenticeship program alternates between theoretical instruction at a training center and the development of practical skills on the job. This program serves as a springboard to employment, enabling the apprentice to develop skills that are directly applicable in the workplace, thereby facilitating their professional integration and increasing their chances of being hired at the end of the contract, whether within the host company or in the targeted industry.

• An apprenticeship contract is a specific type of employment contract that grants the apprentice dual status: that of a student and that of a full-fledged employee of the company.
• It is intended for individuals under the age of 30 at the time of signing, subject to exceptions for workers with disabilities, entrepreneurs, or elite athletes.
