Work-study training contract

The apprenticeship program alternates between theoretical instruction at a training center and the acquisition of practical skills with an employer. This program serves as a springboard to employment, allowing learners to develop skills that are directly applicable in the workplace, thereby promoting their professional integration and increasing their chances of being hired at the end of the contract, either within the host company or in the targeted sector of activity.

• The apprenticeship contract is a specific type of employment contract that gives the apprentice dual status: that of a student and that of a full-fledged employee of the company.
• It is intended for individuals under the age of 30 at the time of signing, subject to exemptions for disabled workers, entrepreneurs, or high-level athletes.
