Apprenticeship
Work-Study Contract
The apprenticeship program is structured around alternating between theoretical instruction at a training center and the acquisition of practical skills while working for an employer. This program serves as a springboard to employment, enabling apprentices to develop skills that are directly applicable in the workplace, thereby facilitating their entry into the workforce and increasing their chances of being hired at the end of the contract, whether by the host company or within the targeted industry.
- An apprenticeship contract is a specific type of employment contract that grants the apprentice dual status: that of a student and that of a full-fledged employee of the company.
- It is intended for individuals under the age of 30 at the time of signing, subject to exceptions for workers with disabilities, entrepreneurs, or elite athletes.
- All information regarding the steps to be taken is available on the website of the Languedoc-Roussillon Apprentice Training Center (CFA ENSUPLR).
