OBJECTIVES

The Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Techniques prepares students for careers as versatile, independent, and career-advancing sales professionals. With experience, they will be able to move into management positions.

WORK-STUDY PROGRAM

A true bridge to professional integration, the work-study program is offered starting in the second year of the B.U.T. TC (for the “Digital Marketing, E-business, and Entrepreneurship” and “Marketing and Retail Management” tracks).

TARGET SKILLS

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

  • Conduct market research
  • Designing communication tools
  • Manage a budget
  • Working as a team and leading a project
  • Mastering communication and information processing tools
  • Develop a case and successfully negotiate

BUSINESS SECTORS

The B.U.T. TC trains professionals who work in a variety of sectors, including banking and insurance, real estate, import-export, distribution, commerce, sales, event planning, marketing, and communications…

CAREERS

High school graduates with a general diploma; High school graduates with a technical diploma (tertiary and secondary sectors); The following specialized courses are preferred:

  • History, Geography, Geopolitics, and Political Science
  • Humanities, Literature, and Philosophy
  • Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Cultures
  • Mathematics
  • Digital Technology and Computer Science
  • Economics and Social Sciences

Admission is still possible for holders of other high school diplomas, equivalent foreign diplomas, and students coming from a university program.

REVIEW OF THE CASE

  • High school grades, with particular emphasis on subjects related to the student’s major, as well as French scores on the early baccalaureate exam
  • Evaluations by the teaching staff (mathematics, French, philosophy, English, modern foreign languages, specialized subjects)
  • Motivation for the major, interest in business and related fields
  • Attendance, attitude, and behavior in all subjects

BRIDGES

The B.U.T. TC offers a work-study program in the Marketing and Retail Management track starting in the second year for students who have completed two years of post-secondary education.

To apply for the bridge program, you must submit an application on thee-candidat platform.
