Requests for Accommodations for Academic Work and/or Exams and Competitive Exams in 2025–2026

On the registration form, fill out the section titled “Declare a Disability.”

First-time enrollment at UM: As soon as you enroll or re-enroll at UM, go to your digital workspace (ENT) and click the “Handy” icon to submit your request.

Schedule an appointment for a consultation with the Occupational Health Service (SCMPPS) and the Handiversité program.

Please note: Requests for accommodations for exams and coursework must be renewed each year,

no later than November 30 of the current academic year.

Any person who menstruates and is enrolled at the IUT in a national degree program may request an exemption from attendance due to menstrual discomfort. The number of days of exemption from in-person classes (lectures, tutorials, lab sessions)— excluding assessments—is set at 10 days for the current academic year, up to a limit of two days per month (excluding any time spent in a professional setting). An extension of the number of days of absence may be granted upon the recommendation of the SCMPPS. We recommend that you contact the SCMPPS, which can provide you with free support in managing your symptoms.

This form, duly completed and signed, must be emailed to the administrative office of your academic department.
