There are several options available to you:

•  BY MAIL

Please fill out the form below and send it to the IUT’s Registrar’s Office, along with the required documents and a stamp at the current rate, to be placed in the envelope for returning the diploma:

Address: 3 Place du 14 juillet, 34500 Béziers.

(Rate as of January 1, 2026: 7.88 euros for a stamped envelope weighing 100g and sent by registered mail with return receipt requested.)

Power of Attorney if a Third Party is Involved

• AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE

To do this, you will need to bring:

1. A valid ID or passport
2. Certificate of Graduation

If you are unable to come in person, someone else may pick it up for you. To do so, that person must have the following with them:

1. A valid ID card or passport
2. A photocopy of your ID
3. A power of attorney from you
4. Certificate of Completion
