The Suit ‘études Palo Alto residence in Béziers is located next to the IUT (a 2-minute walk away). The apartments are furnished in a contemporary style. The furnished studio apartment features: a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, storage cabinets, and a set of dishes; a living area with a sofa bed, coffee table, kitchen table, chairs, desk, and TV stand; and a separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The residence offers numerous amenities: a building superintendent, laundry facilities, a work and relaxation area, a gym, and a snack/beverage vending machine. Water is included in the rent, but electricity (see “Signing Up for an Electricity Plan”) and home insurance are not.
