I accepted a Parcoursup offer for a first-year program.
Step 1: CVECPAYMENT (possible from June 1, 2026)
I pay my CVEC (Student and Campus Life Contribution) and print out my certificate, which is essential for my registration.
Article L841-5-1 of the Student Orientation and Success Act (ORE) provides for the payment of the Student Life and Campus Contribution.
Step 2: REGISTRATION ONLINE: REQUIRED
Please note: I will be asked to pay by credit card .
Step 3: ACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT
At the end of my online registration, I receive an email containing my login details to activate my Digital Workspace (ENT) (please note that the link is only valid for 24 hours; check your spam folder if you do not receive it).
Here important information about validating your computer account.
Step 4: SUBMITTING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
In accepted formats (JPEG, PDF) on the PJ Web application (thumbnail available in the ENT)
– I submit the sworn statement and, if I am a minor, I download and submit the corresponding authorization.
– I will downloadthe certificate of compliance with the IT Charter and internal regulations, the image rights certificate, and bring them signed to the school office at the time of the final appointment.
– I check on PJ WEB that my documents have been validated. If this is not the case, I will receive an email.
– If all documents are approved, I can download my school certificate from the "My File" tab on my digital workspace.
Step 5: MAKING AN APPOINTMENT VIA SMART AGENDA REQUIRED
– To present my national identity card.
– To submitthe certificate of compliance with the IT Charter and internal regulations
– To collect my student card, I will have my photo taken on this occasion.
I don't wait for my documents to be approved before making an appointment.
I am re-enrolling in the second or third year of initial training.
Please note: for students awaiting results (delayed internships), REGISTRATION IS ONLY POSSIBLE AFTER THE EXAMINATION BOARD MEETING ON 09/03/26!

I must re-register online:
- I log in to my digital workspace
- I click on the "Re-enroll" thumbnail.
- I download and print the sworn statement
- Image rights certificate
- I submitthe supporting documentsin the accepted formats (JPEG, PDF) on the PJWEB application (icon available in the digital workspace).
I make an appointment on Smart Agenda to update my student card (CMS) and bring the following completed documents: proof of acceptance of the IT charter and internal regulations,
Once my file is complete and has been checked and approved by the registrar's office, I will be able to print my certificate of enrollment.
I am re-enrolling in the second or third year of a work-study program (apprenticeship or professional contract).
Please note: for students awaiting results (delayed internships), REGISTRATION IS ONLY POSSIBLE AFTER THE EXAMINATION BOARD MEETING ON 09/03/26!

(I do not need to join the CVEC if I enroll through a professional training contract or through the Continuing Education Department).

- I am contacting the CFA to obtain authorization to register once the contract has been approved.
- When I obtained the certificate of commitment, I enrolled at the University Institute of Technology.
- I make an appointment on theSmartagendaapptofinalize my registration (important: appointment slots must be booked with the school office upon receipt of the commitment certificate issued by the CFA).
- I wait for authorization from the CFA and the IUT, and I go to the IUT on the day of the appointment, bringing with me:

- Please note:If I am enrolled in a continuing education program(job seeker, employee, student who has interrupted their studies) orprofessional training program, the Registrar's Office will not handle my administrative registration. in this case, I must contact theContinuing Education Departmentbyemail or by phone at 04 34 43 21 21 (and I do not make an appointment on Smart Agenda).

complaints about administrative registrations
Before filing a complaint, you should contact the academic department of your faculty in case a simple and quick answer can be provided.
Only if this is not the case should you fill out the "Claim" form, in which you should mention the steps you have taken.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided on the form.
